  • Subject: Telnet from AS/400 to UNIX machine

When telneting(TELNETcommand) from AS/400 to UNIX box as VT100, How do I
enable AUTO RECORD ADVANCE?

For example, On their local terminals the last character on the last
line on the screen is a "|" just as it displays on our TELNET session,
but when keying on the local terminal when that character is reached
it does a AUTO RECORD ADVANCE(AS/400 term),but when we reach that
character in our TELNET session we can type over it and the cursor goes
back to beginning of the line and we type over what was previously
keyed.

Any help/direction will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Billy
