I don't think Client Access passes the connection name. RTVNETA will work if
your standard for naming Client Access connections is to use the defined
system name but you have to be confident that someone didn't create a
connection to that 400 using a different name. For instance, I can connect
to an AS/400 with a system name of MYSYSTEM thru a Client Access connection
called TOPSAIL if I use the right IP address in the connection properties
and add TOPSAIL to my local host table. In that case, my command path would
have to be \\topsail\qdls\doc\pgm.bat while yours may very well be
\\mysystem\qdls\doc\pgm.bat.
