Re[2]: Ping to test a connection to see if it's alive?(life,

     42, for those who care, was the ultimate answer to the meaning of 
     life, as calculated by "Deep Thought" in Douglas Adams' "Hitchhikers 
     Trilogy". The problem with the answer was that nobody knew what the 
     question was, so another computer had to be built (the EARTH) to 
     calculate the ultimate question to the ultimate answer........
