Has anyone used the new V4R4 disk reorganization and ASP balancing commands?

If so, what do you think of them? How do you know if they did anything
valuable? No report is generated?????

STRDSKRGZ QSYS Start Disk Reorganization

STRASPBAL QSYS Start ASP Balance

I started the disk reorganization process on my S20 and it is using about
20% of the processor and disk arm utilization is averaging between 30 and
40%....
