Do you have SF59054 installed (also product 5769-JV1)? Did you follow the
special instructions? We have a PMR open right now because when we install
the co-req,  SF58611, WebSphere stops as soon as it starts up. Maybe you are
having a related problem. Either way, I'd call it in ASAP. Let us know how
you make out.
