Evan,

I'd try to make sure that I hadn't done something silly first, but I would 
feel obligated to take this directly to IBM. This is an AS/400, not an NT 
box. Lock ups are not acceptable, and should cause all kinds of excitement 
at big blue. I suspect that you are rather near to the bleeding edge.
