TCP/IP Printing -- MIDRANGE-L

I'm encountering a problem were spooled files show a status of PND to a
TCP/IP printer (HP4000).  I can't get that report to print.  Other reports
will print around it.  Any ideas how to get these to print?  I can delete
them but accounting likes a paper trail.  I'm on V3R7.
