I'd like to suggest a change to Bruce's process below...

If you wish to Mirror and RAID5 the sames ASP it can be done with less
impact on the system. 

#1 COMPLETE SYSTEM BACK

If the system is unprotected:
        Start RAID5 on all BUT LOADSOURCE and its soon to be mirrored
partner
        Now REMOVE from the ASP the soon to be mirrored partner
        Now Start Mirroring
        All Done

If you want to mirror the loadsource and the system is ALL RAID5
        STOP RAID5 on the system ASP
        Start RAID5 on all BUT LOADSOURCE and its soon to be mirrored
partner
        Now REMOVE from the ASP the soon to be mirrored partner
        Now Start Mirroring
        All Done
