From my COMMON Pitch on System Values:

Name:        QUTCOFFSET                                       V2 R1.0

Description:    Coordinated Universal Time Offset

IBM Initial Value:  '+0000'

Length & Type:   Character:   5
Comments:QUTCOFFSET indicates the difference in hours and minutes between Universal Time Coordinated(UTC) (also known as Greenwich Mean Time) and the current system (local) time.

Although OS/400 allows -2400 through +2400, the only valid times are -1159 through +1200.

The first character is either a plus ("+") or a minus ("-").

The next two characters represent the difference in hours, and may range from 00 to 24.  The last two characters specify minutes, and may range from 00 to 59.

Change will take effect immediately.

Hello:

I'm trying to setup Management central on a v4r4m0 system.

I setup a monitor for four systems. Three are at v4r3m0.

I found that the time stamps were wrong in the monitor due to the system
value QUTCOFFSET was set to zero on all machines. When I adjust for DST in
the Central Time zone I have an offset of -5.

I made the change in all machines, restarted Management Central on the
primary machine and the only machine with the correct time in the monitor
was the v4r4 machine.

Any ideas?
