You can run a query directly against file QADBFDEP in QSYS.  Since OS/400
has some cross-library logicals of it's own, I use the following record
selection:

     DBFLIB     NE     DSFLDP
AND  DBFLIB     NE     'QSYS'
OR   DBFLIB     NE     DSFLDP
AND  DBFLDP     NLIST  'QSYS2' 'QIWS'

With that selection I do NOT see logicals in QSYS2 and QIWS built over
physicals in QSYS, but I do see everything else where the logical is not
in the same library as the physical.
