A trick I've used in the past is to a) restore journals and receivers,
then b) do regular rstlib *all, ignoring "based on physical not
present messages" then c) do another rstlib *all but this time specify
OPTION(*NEW). This will only restore the objects that are not
currently on the system. Eg: The logicals that could not find their
based on physicals (which will now be on the system).

This last restore tends to go very fast.

The thing I like about this technique is that you do not depend on up
to date documentation (which is out of date by the time it is
printed).

Do a DSPDBR to an outfile.
