RE: Cumulative PTF install question.

A couple of thoughts...

#1 Cums PTF QSYS as well as other Qxxx libs, so SAVSYS, SAVIBM would be
better

#2 REALLY WRONG could mean CORRUPT DATA then #21 would be nice to
have...
