My guess is that you migrated from a S/36.  "Authority Holders" are a
mechanism for the S36EE authorizations to be a little more like
resource security under SSP, in that the definitions can be setup
ahead of time and when the object is created, it inherits the
authorities in the authority holder.  The migration aid automatically
creates authority holders for you.

At any rate, just use the DLTAUTHLR command, and specify the name of
the file and library (probably QS36F) where the S36 flat file lived.

You can also use DSPAUTHLR to see a list of authority holders on your
system, and the objects for which they will apply to if and when the
object is created.
