× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

Rather than notify, the other activity should be DLTUSRPRF.

We've joined the user profiles to the HR database and it is invaluable for
tracking terminated staff that have AS/400 profiles. User profiles for
non-staff (contractors; and temps etc) are flagged differently and managed
differently - we identify which department they are temping for, and follow
up with the department heads. (there's not that many temps anyway).

The HR join also assists in making sure staff have the appropriate
application access aligned to their HR-position-description or job-role.

Although I liked the idea of disabling the HR people, have
you thought of adding a trigger on the file that would notify
you or some other activity?
