For some of the mature transaction sets like the 850 PO, there has really
been little change from version to version except the Y2K stuff in 4010.  As
a general rule, make the date fields CCYYMMDD and you will be very close.
The only exception to this rule in the date in the ISA header.  They GS
header does change thought to the 8 digit date.
