Add the keyword "ERRSFL" to your DDS for the screen and see if that stops
the keyboard lock when they get the red X.  They should get the X, and
users accept that.  Its the keyboard lock that upsets them, in my
experience.  ERRSFL gets rid of the keyboard lock.
