Wynn,

At the end of each year, there is usually a thread on predictions for
the new year.  One of my top ten, was a mass exodus from companies that
have been ignoring the deadline.

Well just this week I received two calls from companies needing "help". 
Why? The person in charge for the last ten years just resigned.

Help?  I just dropped the phone and rolled on the floor laughing <g>. 
They don't need my help, they need a lawyer!
