We updated both the printer and IData box.  I believe it was the update to the
IData box that fixed the problem as the firmware had never been updated
previously.

 Do you know which one fixed it, or are both required?  The techs @ IData
don't seem to know what's going on.  They're pointing fingers @ HP, but I
don't think they're familiar w/ the HP 4000 series.  I was hoping that
IData would have a new driver.
