This will do it:

CPYF FROMFILE(QTEMP/XXXXXXXXXX) TOFILE(YOURLIB/YOURDB) MBROPT(*ADD) + 
  INCREL((*IF UPPSOD *EQ '990819'))FMTOPT*DROP)    

The program must adopt the neccesary authority.
The YOURLIB/YOURDB must contain the fields you need to save, i.e. at least the 
fields UPUPRF and UPPSOD. The CPYF-command must of cause contain a variable in 
stead of the '990819'-litteral. Take care of what will happen if the nightjob 
is run before or after midnight.
