subfile loading solution!!

Hi everyone,
    Some of u sent me very helpful replies for the subfile loading
performance issue where 5 records r read & displayed at a time with
each pagedown.
On further inquiry we found that each pagedown was getting more & more
slow .A WRKACTJOB also showed that the cpu % continued to increase with
each pagedown.
    At one point the pgm calls another pgm for some selection after it
reads each record from the database file.The thing that was causing the
problem was an opcode called "FREE" after each call to this pgm.Each
time it would use additional storage & thus reduce the performance .
  Hence i guess commenting out that stmt will do the trick.will try out
soon & let u know.
