I believe that at the beginning of the year, Feburary,  would be a better
and cause less pain.   Like Al, I have been on it for months and think
unless there is a life or dead situation to go to 4.4 immediately, I would
wait.  With Y2K coming down the road, it is better the devil you know than
the devil(s) you don't know.  Y2K will be a pain as it is without other
things to be concerned about.  Get your systems Y2K checked over and over
again.
