Probably.

Check out the web site ... I suspect they would be interested in beta testers.

Keep in mind, however, that the SETI@home client's are VERY CPU intensive.  I used to run the linux client on MIDRANGE.COM, but had to shut it down because the system was too slow (even with the task niced to -20).
