Indicator field not defined and *INXX

The compiler is being more picky.  Since the indicator is not set on
or off by any operation, it is "undefined".  If you would use an
indicator that is actually used in the program for something, it would
work.  Personally though, I would still recommend the never-true-IF,
so that you don't have bogus indicator references showing up in the
cross-reference listing.  If you are using RPG III, just use:
'A'   IFEQ  'B'
instead of the:
IF 'A' = 'B'
of my previous example.
