Yep, I agree ENTIRELY on the inquiry aspect. That is an INCREDIBLE improvement 
over how it was handled previously (especially in cases like UPS and FEDX) and 
really showcases the power of the Internet to present useful and timely 
information (if of course things are done properly "behind the scenes" <BG>).
