We sometimes get reports of "mysterious" MCH3601 errors. They
are almost always caused by mismatched parameters between
called programs or by mismatched IMPORT/EXPORT. We have yet
to see a "mysterious" MCH3601 situation caused by a defect in
the ILE RPG compiler or run-time.
