Interesting.  IBM was all set to replace my 170's power supply, then someone 
didn't want to
authorize the parts to be sent by messenger until we replaced the UPS.  Best 
called me, said they
didn't think it was the UPS, but that they would send me a new UPS.  It came 
with return freight
tickets.  Kind of strange for Best to say, we don't think it's our box, but 
we'll spend $200 + or -
shipping just to make sure.
