Check your authority to your network drive. Do you have authority to create
file? You may be able to change but not create files.

Subject: CA 3.2.0 file transfer problem

I wonder if any of you have encountered the following
bug :

When receiving a file from the AS/400 to a network
drive, the transfer fails, ending up with the message
: THE SYSTEM CANNOT FIND THE PATH SPECIFIED.

It happens only for Windows NT 4.0 stations, when the
target network file does not exist on the network
drive. When the file is already there, the transfer
works fine.

Though, same transfer is OK when the transfer is
targeted to a local PC file, should it be new or
overwritten.

Also, all is OK for the W95 & 98 stations, the failure
comes only on NT.

We're on V4R3 on the AS/400.
Client Access is V3R2M0, service pack SF57002.

?????????

Thanks,
