HI !!

I have a problem in Operations Navigator.  I have defined AS/400s and have
no problem in connecting to any of them.  I want to manage all of them thru
one single AS/400. When I start 'Management Central' ,  I am getting an
error message 'The Management Central Server on SYSA can not be contacted.'
and the detailed message says to CALL a program 'QYPSSTRS'.

Running 'QYPSSTRS' is coming out with the error ' File QAYPSLOGON in library
QUSRSYS does not exist'  I have searched all our AS/400s for this file and
it doesn't exist anywhere. Does it mean, we need to install some products OR
apply some PTFs. Please let me know immediatealy.
