When you go to V4R4 and even after you apply the CUM C9166440 you will still be missing at least one PTF, I forgot the number but IBM's Support Line knows which one it is and they chose to not include it for some reason.
 
This PTF fixes a problem where none of your AFP overlays print anymore, e.g. Invoice, Shop Orders, Shipping Papers, etc.
 
Even if you put the PTF on you can not go back and reprint your spool files, since the overlay is created/attached at the time the spool file is created.
 
Get it before you go to V4R4 and apply it immediately after you upgrade, and before you go back into production.
 
Sorry I don't remember the number, we had enough problems on 7/6/99 with other things, e.g. License Keys, Backups not backing up all files (namely a few in EDI/400 and Hawkeye/Pathfinder, another PTF was required for that), etc.
