IF you still have the tools library, there is a tool called qryf which
would build those and/or conditions... It was pretty good tool for
creating working versions of opnqry... I believe you have to have a
version of V3R1 around to access the tool... Since IBM did away with
the tools, I didn't realize how much I missed certain routines...
