The PTF you want is SF99003 for V430 and SF99004 for 440, I think they get
refreshed once a week on a Tuesday? Also look out for SF99025 and SF99026
for the webserver under V430 and SF99027 for Websphere under V440.

There is a group PTF for SQL, Database that contains the latest and greatest
and
is put out several times a year.  Using that PTF will relieve you of picking
through the APARs.
