That is only solution have available to me now.   I have a job scheduled
on my PC to scan/cure shared folders but I would like to be able to
detect/cure on the fly.  I guess there is nothing availabe.  Am I  being
worried needlessly??

I would think that a PC with access to all QDLS objects could run PC
