  • Subject: Thanks: Move S/36 to AS/400

To everyone who responded to my question:

Thanks so much for your help. I learned a lot about what the issues
are and went back to the vendor with a request for a detailed plan for
items to be included in the conversion of the S/36 modules to the
AS/400 product, and also asked for a detailed schedule. I now have
enough info to evaluate the vendor response to my request - e.g.
Externally described files, library lists instead of ovrdbf, etc, and
several other good helpful explanations. I felt uneasy about the
vendor's reponse and you have helped give me specific credible reasons
     for my unease.

     Thanks, Debbie Gallagher
