FTP with as400 commands -- MIDRANGE-L

I thought I saw once you can run as400 commands via FTP?

Here is what I am trying to accomplish. I need to build a PF on my as400 ,
print a report and then FTP this file to a users PC and copy a floppy to
send with report.

I can get the batch file to run my ftp via DOS batch file but I cannot see
how to run my program.

Yes I could have user run rpt/pgm on 400 then run my ftp but this just
sounds much cooler and that way the user does not have to remember to run
rpt.
