Not knowing exactly what you are looking for...

Change SYSVAL QDATE will change that system date.

SOMETHINGS THAT WILL BE BROKE and lots more
System logs like QHST will be messed up and should be deleted
All of your WRKJOBSCDE stuff won't run for a year or 2 unless you reset the
dates
Dates on objects that will show last used will be way off
Journals will be messed up


Your best option, if available,  would be to SCRATCH and RESTORE from a
backup done just before you set the date ahead.
