Pretty much. I am trying GO PTF, Option 5 (Display). I select the first "TL" 
PTF with option 5 - Display PTF details. Based upon the post, I expected to 
find the CUM ID listed here. Did I misunderstand?

It's there (we are at V4R1). Are you just keying in DSPPTF and pressing enter ?
This number breaks down to the Julian date... First Product ID should be 
5769999.
