I confirmed with our distributor that 5769-AC3 is a no-charge feature for 
V4R3 as well.

Make sure that your BP doesn't confuse this with 5769-CR1, Cryptographic 
Support,
which is priced at $12,000 (P30) and $995 (P05) respectively.

N/C on 5769AC3.  That's no charge.
