There are a couple of ways to do this:
You can configure DDM and use the SBMRMTCMD command, or the SBMRMTJOB command.

If you have TCP/IP active betwee the boxes you can use FTP's remote Command
(REXEC) function.

You can also do it from Client Access useing remote command.  This is a DDM
function but does not require that you configure anything.
