Andrei,

You can certainly do this (See Rob's reply) but you may not have to do your own
programming. The software you currently use for paging can probably be installed
on multiple AS/400s. You should be able to configure the secondaries so they
route messages via the primary so you still only have one AS/400 dialling out to
the paging service. I've had this working well with PageManager, for example. Or
is there a licensing issue with installing multiple copies?
