I think I heard on this list that V4R4 will have this feature available to the 
exit point programming.

You can't... it has to be a library.

If you are using CuteFTP or WSFTP, you can specify an initial directory of
an IFS directory there and it should work fine.  As far as the Exit programs
go, you're out of luck.
