Query/400.  Product number 57xx-QU1 where the xx changes depending on 
which release you are running.  Contact your IBM representative.  We 
have users upload files from their PC's just to use Query to get to the 
data.  Quite simple, once you know where the data is.  If your data is 
spread out into several files like:  items, customers, order header, 
order line, etc; then you might want to create some decent Join Logical 
Files to simplify things for your users.  Or you can create some sample 
Queries and they can copy these.
