There is only one job scheduler object.  Not having an AS/400 handy at the
moment, I can only go from memory, but I believe its name is QJOBSCDE and
that it lives in library QUSRSYS.  If you use PDM to search for objects
named QJOBS* in your library list, you will find that object.

The object has its own type (*JOBSCD, I think), and the jobs that are
scheduld are entries within that object.
