I recently have had some problems with what I would call screen flashes.
These flashes happen once in awhile when the program is displaying a new
member of the display file. I have experimented with RSTDSP(*yes) & (*no).

The information on the screen seems to be from a previous screen. Sometimes
it will flash the menu from which I loaded the program and display file. Is
this a performance issue with the system or is there some other coding that
can be done to eliminate this flash?

Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated.
