Is this something new in V3R2? We're still using CA V3R1M3; there's no Start  
Up tab under properties and transfers  can only be saved as *.TTO (to) or *.TFR 
(from).

You can save CA data transfer parameters as *.dtt or *.dtf files (data
transfer to or from, respectively).  Before you save it, click File |
Properties or click on the Properties toolbar icon.  Move to the
StartUp tab, then set your preferences for running automatically and
optionally closing automatically.

If you place shortcuts to a *.dtt/*.dtf file on the desktop, the user
could then just double-click it to run it.
