I'm not loosing any sleep.  Just thought I'd take a stab at it.

For those interested, I am located in Indianapolis, Indiana.  We are on
Eastern Standard Time Year round.  GMT -5.  No daylight savings time.

OS Is WinNT v4.0 workstation with SP3 on it.  Time zone is set to
Indiana (gmt -5).

Email is Outlook, but an old one. It works.  It's stable. The time
problem is not severe enough to warrant replacing outlook as in all
other regards, it works.  And is stable.  I'd like to keep it that way
(stable).

This reply is being sent from at home so it probably has the correct
time.  (I hope).
