9401-150 WITHOUT A CONSOLE?

Guys,

I'm setting up a 9401-150, I have 4 PCs and there is no Twinax
controller.  What are the consequences:

1.  For not having a Twinax console?
2.  For setting up PC as a console?
3.  How do I setup a PC as a console?
4.  Are there any special configuration for this situation?
