System Operator Aids
Description - UNDEL for RISC lets you view, copy, and undelete deleted
 records in a physical file.
You can interactively display active and deleted records, scan for
deleted records, and undelete them.
In addition, you can copy records to print or to an outfile or
undelete them without displaying them.
Unlike some other undelete utilities, UNDEL does not copy the file to
a save file, but operates directly on
the records in the physical file. This makes it very quick, even for
huge physical files. Works on V3R6 and above,
at all security levels, including 40 and 50. Author: Dave McKenzie.

Hi All,
I remember having seen an ad about a tool that restores deleted
records. I was just trying to understand how this tool works.
We know that the deleted records are still hanging there in the file
until we do a reorganize. But how do we access these deleted records
and mark them back as active so that they appear in the file again.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Prakash.
