I'm sorry,  I can't support this excuse.    That mind set will allow you to
"Self Justify"   "Always
being too busy". 

It will have the same effect over time that the "If it ain't broke, don't
fix it"  mind set did. 
(The effect being having a machine full of 20 yr techniques.)

1.  Bug reported or enhancement asked for
2. CVTRPGSRC member
3. Fix bug,  make enhancement
4.  Test, Compile into production
5. Goto step 1 (or Iterate)

This will mean that I will never touch RPGIII again,  and After a week (try
me out here) 
I will wonder why I was so stupid as to be afraid in the first place.
