We have been using 2 of them for years with very few problems.

Just use the proper drawer number when the spool file is generated, then
answer the forms change message, it does the rest.  I recommend getting the
printer stand with it.  (If I recall right, it was a separte item.)

We have not had any problems with this.

In the past, we had used 1-up labels.  I don't remember if there was any
signifcant problems with them.  We are printing 5 part forms with no
problems.

We've had ours so long, I can't remember what the warranty was.  (Gee, I'm
getting a complex here with what I can't remember!)  DecisionOne handles all
our AS/400 maintenance - computer, terminals, printers including the
PrinTeks.

4214.


These things have worked out great for us.
