At the low end, I like PAE Librarian.  PAE really knows save/restore, and
the challenges faced in that marketplace.

At the high, complex end, I like BRMS, but do not assume that you can learn
it easily.  It very different, and requires intense training, so if you're
not big enough to use it, don't bite off more than you can chew.

My experience with the Help/Robot products is that these folks are as close
to Microsoft as you can get on an AS/400.  Everything is highly integrated,
and unless you buy into the entire philosophy (which I don't), it won't
work well.
